The Geological Institute of Hungary, a central state budget organisation has a duty to publish data under §6 of Law XXIV of 2003 amending the laws regulating the publicity, transparency and extension of the control over the use of public funds, under §15/A and §15/B of Law XXXVIII of 1992 on the management of state budget as well as under §149 (2) and annex 22 of the Governmental Decree N° 217/1998 (XII. 30.) on the management of state budget.
